Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, is hiring a Pharmacy Manager in Laredo, TX. The role partners with clinic staff to oversee dispensing, patient counseling, and pharmacotherapy services, ensuring quality and compliance while driving growth.

You will lead pharmacy operations, coach staff, manage budgets, and build relationships with community partners. Requires TX license, PharmD or B.Pharm, and immunizer credentials; leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Current Texas pharmacist license.
• Certified immunizer or willingness to obtain within 3 months.
• 2+ years of pharmacy leadership experience.
• Pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensing and clinical services and ensure compliance.
• Counsel patients on medication use and safety.
• Lead pharmacy staff and drive performance and development.
• Manage budgeting, profitability and marketing plans.
• Build relationships with clinics and community partners.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal laws and policies.
