• Willing to be immunizer within 3 months of hire and administer LAIs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations including dispensing medications and patient counseling.
• Coach, develop and manage pharmacy staff to ensure high performance.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and pharmacy policies.
• Support clinical staff and meet clinical outcomes with the team.
• Lead recruitment and talent development for the pharmacy.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD

Current pharmacist's license in Colorado

3+ years of pharmacy leadership experience
