Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD is required.
• Current pharmacist's license in the state of employment is required.
• Certified immunizer or willingness to become one within 3 months of hire.
• 2+ years of pharmacy leadership experience is preferred.
• Pharmacy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates a great consumer and clinic partner experience and builds strong relationships to meet needs.
• Serves as an expert to clinical staff and meets with team on clinical outcomes.
• Counsels and educates patients on medication usage, adverse effects, and schedules.
• Ensures the pharmacy and team follow state and federal policies and laws.
• Performs wellness services such as immunizations and flu shots.
• Responsible for financial profitability and identifies opportunities to drive growth.
• Motivates, develops and coaches pharmacy staff to reach potential.
• Creates an engaging team environment and promotes core values and culture.
• Proactively promotes recruiting top talent at our pharmacies.
• Reviews KPIs with staff and identifies trends for improvement.
• Performs workforce and business planning for operational excellence at the site.
• Builds relationships with community, stakeholders, and clinic partners.
• Drives marketing plans and materials to promote all pharmacy offerings.
