You will lead a team, promote high-quality patient care, and support strategic growth while maintaining compliant, patient-centered services in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD is required.
• Current pharmacist license in the state of Arizona is required.
• Certified immunizer or willing to become one within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Creates a great consumer and clinic partner experience and builds strong relationships with both groups to proactively meet their needs.
• Serves as an expert to the clinical staff and proactively meets with their team to achieve clinical outcomes.
• Counsels and educates patients on medication usage, adverse effects, and scheduling questions.
• Ensures the pharmacy and team follow policies and standards in line with state and federal laws.
• Performs wellness services such as immunizations and flu shots.
• Drives financial profitability and identifies growth opportunities for the pharmacy.
• Develops and coaches pharmacy staff to reach their potential and deliver exceptional service.
• Builds an engaging team environment that reflects core values and culture.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD

Arizona Pharmacist license
