CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy staff and oversee all operations within the pharmacy. You will ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service while driving programs that improve health outcomes for our patients and communities.

The role requires an active pharmacist license, immunization certification, and the ability to manage inventory, staffing, and financial profitability.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state employed
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g. APhA)
• Submission of required information to state PMP for access (where PMP exists)

Responsibilities

• Lead Pharmacy Staff including Pharmacists and Technicians and oversee operations
• Ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance
• Drive customer service, grow pharmacy programs, and manage inventory and profitability
• Foster a caring, team-oriented culture and adapt to a dynamic community healthcare setting
