Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state of employment.
• Immunization certification required.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Listed as pharmacist in charge on state license.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy staff (pharmacists and technicians) and manage personnel.
