Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Demonstrate attention and focus to concentrate on a task over time and pivot between tasks as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and team orientation, helping people and coordinating with colleagues.
• Communicate clearly with patients and colleagues, using active listening.
• Perform accurate medication labeling and validation to ensure patient safety.
• Solve problems and resolve patient or colleague concerns with appropriate action.
• Maintain physical ability to perform job duties and meet demands of the role.
• Lead and coach pharmacy team, manage scheduling and performance reviews.
• Support regulatory compliance and participate in training and licensure requirements.
