Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Coach and lead the pharmacy team to meet patient care and safety standards.
• Ensure safe and compliant prescription fulfillment following workflow procedures.
• Provide patient counseling and immunization services where permissible.
• Oversee inventory management and maintain cold chain integrity.
• Partner with Store Manager to maintain pipeline of cross-trained staff.
