Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy team and oversee bench shifts with coaching and follow-up.
• Ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment per workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
• Offer and deliver immunizations; coach technicians to immunize.
• Oversee inventory management with emphasis on cold chain and stock control.
• Onboard new technicians/pharmacists; ensure licensure training; ensure compliance with regulations.
