Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead the in-store pharmacy team, promote best practices, counsel patients, and ensure compliant dispensing and immunization services. The role focuses on developing staff, maintaining safety standards, and delivering exceptional patient care within a fast-paced retail environment.

You will oversee bench shifts, inventory control, and regulatory adherence while supporting the district with training and performance management in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care
• Counsel patients and ensure safe, accurate dispensing and immunizations
• Ensure compliance with state boards, CVS policies, and controlled substance regulations
• Collaborate with store leadership to manage staffing, scheduling and performance
• Oversee inventory management and safe workflow procedures
• Coach and onboard technicians, pharmacists and other team members
