Responsibilities

• Creates a great consumer and clinic partner experience and builds relationships to meet needs.
• Serves as expert to clinical staff and meets with team on clinical outcomes.
• Counsels and educates patients on medication usage and adverse effects.
• Ensures pharmacy and staff follow policies and laws.
• Performs wellness services such as immunizations and preventive care.
• Responsible for financial profitability and identifies growth opportunities.
• Motivates and coaches staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Promotes recruitment of top talent and builds a strong team.
• Reviews KPIs with staff and identifies trends for improvement.
• Conducts workforce and business planning for operational excellence.
