Job summary
Albertsons Companies is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead patient care initiatives and drive pharmacy performance. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety and compliance, and manage a team of pharmacists and staff in a fast-paced retail setting.
The role requires a Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D. preferred), an active license in good standing, and experience supervising staff. Immunizer certification is required, with flexible scheduling and competitive benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D with valid licensure.
- Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice in good standing.
- Certified Immunizer required.
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a pharmacy.
- Able to work a variety of schedules.
Responsibilities
- Actively delivers patient care services.
- Upholds operational standards including performance metrics, safety and compliance.
- Recruits, trains and supervises pharmacy team.
- Partners with management to increase profitability.
- Responsible for financial performance and acts as pharmacist in charge.
