Albertsons Companies is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead patient care and wellness services in a fast-paced, community-focused setting. You will manage disease state management, optimize medication therapy, and mentor a dedicated pharmacy team while upholding safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or Pharm.D with NABP/FPGEC, an active state license, and immunizer certification; supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D with NABP/FPGEC.
• Active license in state(s) of practice in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities

• Actively delivers patient care services.
• Upholds operational standards including performance metrics, safety and compliance.
• Recruits, trains and supervises pharmacy team.
• Partners with management to increase profitability.
