Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Oversee bench shifts; coach and follow up on performance.
• Ensure compliant dispensing and immunization practices.
• Provide counseling and coordinate with the patient’s healthcare team.
