Responsibilities

• Attend regularly and reliably, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required trainings within designated timeframes.
• Provide patient counseling with accuracy and empathy.
• Lead pharmacy team, coach and supervise staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Support immunization and clinical care services where permissible.
• Manage inventory and workflow to protect cold chain products.
• Oversee onboarding and training for technicians and pharmacists.
