Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care.
- Coach team and manage bench shifts, ensuring quality counseling.
- Ensure compliant prescription fulfillment and safety guardrails.
- Oversee inventory control, including cold chain products.
- Onboard new technicians and pharmacists; support licensure training.
- Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
- Partner with Store Manager to maintain talent pipeline.
- Provide clinical care services where permissible (COVID/Flu, contraception).
