Qualifications

• Requires active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
• Immunization certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations including patient safety, professional practice, regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Manage customer service, personnel, inventory and financial performance.
• Lead and develop pharmacy staff (pharmacists and technicians) to meet patient care goals.
• Drive growth and improve performance by identifying and implementing effective solutions.
• Maintain compliance with loss prevention, workflow management, and change adaptation.
