• Lead with Heart by supervising Pharmacy Staff and ensuring excellent patient care.
• Oversee pharmacy operations including Patient Safety, Regulatory Compliance, Quality Assurance and Customer Service.
• Direct inventory, personnel management, workflow, and financial profitability to drive growth and performance.
