CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in New York for a hands-on leadership role in our retail pharmacy. You will mentor a pharmacy team, ensure compliant dispensing, deliver patient counseling, and drive performance improvements across operations.

You'll oversee immunizations, inventory control, training of technicians and pharmacists, and adherence to state regulations while maintaining exceptional patient care standards in a fast-paced, community-focused store.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license valid in the state where the store is located (New York).
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.
• Not listed on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Lead and coach the pharmacy team while ensuring safe and compliant dispensing.
• Provide compassionate patient counseling and support immunization services.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
