CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the pharmacy team, ensure patient safety, and oversee operations, regulatory compliance, and quality. You will direct Pharmacists and Technicians, manage inventory, and drive profitability while delivering compassionate care.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and implementing patient care programs to improve outcomes in a community setting. Strong licensing and certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state you are employed
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g. APhA)
• Listed as the ‘pharmacist in charge’ on the pharmacy state license
• Submission of required information/documents to your state PMP administrator to register for PMP access (in states with active PMP)

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient safety and regulatory compliance
