Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a pharmacy team, ensure high-quality patient care, and drive safe dispensing and counseling practices within our retail store in Massachusetts. Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Counsel patients and ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Coach and lead pharmacy team to maintain high performance and patient care.
• Oversee immunization services and vaccine administration where permissible.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Manage inventory with focus on cold chain and proper stock handling.
• Train new technicians and pharmacists on CVS workflow and licensure requirements.
