Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Current pharmacist license in Indiana
• Certified immunizer or willing to become one within 3 months
• Access to reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Creates a great consumer and clinic partner experience and builds strong relationships
• Serves as an expert to the clinical staff and works to meet clinical outcomes
• Counsels and educates patients on medications, adverse effects, and usage
• Ensures compliance with policies and laws by staff
• Performs wellness services such as immunizations and flu shots
• Drives financial profitability and identifies growth opportunities
• Motivates and coaches pharmacy staff to deliver excellent service
• Promotes opportunities and recruits top talent for pharmacies
• Reviews KPIs and identifies trends for improvement
• Conducts workforce and business planning for site operations
• Builds relationships with community, stakeholders and clinics to meet needs
• Drives marketing plans for pharmacy offerings
