You will lead operations, ensure safe distribution and compounding, and manage staff while supporting patient care. On-call and weekday hours apply; strong customer service and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia pharmacist license required; Tennessee license preferred or willing to obtain.
• Minimum 7 years pharmacist experience; direct compounding preferred.
• Experience in Home Infusion required; on-call Administrative duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; CPR certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee home infusion pharmacy operations and compounding activities.

• Lead, mentor, and schedule pharmacy staff; maintain regulatory compliance.

Job description

We are partnering with a local client to find a licensed pharmacist for a full-time Pharmacy Manager role at a home infusion facility in Norcross, GA. In this role you will use clinical and managerial expertise to ensure the safe and compassionate distribution and compounding of medications for patients receiving home infusion therapies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or R.Ph. with appropriate clinical experience.
• Applicable active Georgia pharmacist license required.
• Licensed in Tennessee preferred or willingness to obtain Tennessee licensure.
• Minimum 7 years of pharmacist experience. Preference for direct compounding experience.
• Must have experience in Home Infusion
• Administrative on-call availability; ability to work Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• CPR certification and familiarity with CareTend or similar software desired.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
