MUSC Health Florence Medical Center is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead and support clinical pharmaceutical care services within a large academic health system in Florence, SC. The role focuses on safe, cost-effective drug use and clinical consultative support for providers and students.

Preferred candidates have a Pharm.D. and residency or 3–5 years of management experience with SC licensure or reciprocity eligibility.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• 3–5 years of management experience preferred.
• Licensed pharmacist in SC or eligible via reciprocity.

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage and support clinical/cognitive pharmaceutical care services.
• Implement programs for safe and cost-effective drug use.
• Provide clinical consultative services and drug information to providers and students.
• Assess the clinical activities of staff pharmacists and students.
• Oversee formulary management under the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee.
• Collect and assess documentation of clinical service effectiveness.
