- 1 year pharmacy experience including prescription filling, recordkeeping, and insurance billing.
Responsibilities
- Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and generics; refer to provider as needed.
- Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
- Dispenses prescribed medications accurately; ensures regulatory compliance and efficient workflow.
- Oversees staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure high performance and turnover reduction.
- Maintains pharmacy systems knowledge and supports IT and patient services; drives productivity and patient outcomes.
