Qualifications

Pharmacist licensure in states within the district and ability to immunize.
Pharmacist DOCTORATE or degree from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and OTC products; refer to providers when needed.
Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management.
Dispense medications accurately and maintain regulatory compliance and Good Faith dispensing practices.
Oversee pharmacy workflow, staff scheduling, roles, and performance management.
