Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the relevant states or district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience including prescription filling, recordkeeping and insurance billing.
• Experience with prescription dispensing and knowledge of state and federal controlled substance laws.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on medication use, interactions, side effects, and safety.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Review and dispense prescribed medications accurately and in compliance with laws and policies.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, scheduling, roles, and workflow to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure Good Faith Dispensing and collaborate with providers to optimize therapy.
