Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD is required.
• Current pharmacist license in Vermont is required.
• Certified immunizer or willingness to become immunizer within 3 months of hire.
• 3+ years of pharmacy leadership experience is preferred.
• Authorization to administer long-acting injectables or willingness to obtain within 3 months is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates an excellent consumer and clinic partner experience and builds solid relationships to meet their needs.
• Serves as an expert to the clinical staff and meets with their team to achieve outcomes.
• Counsels and educates patients on medications, adverse effects, and usage questions.
• Ensures the pharmacy team follows policies and state/federal laws.
• Provides wellness services such as immunizations, flu shots, and preventive care.
• Leads and coaches pharmacy staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Promotes a positive team environment reflecting core values.
• Supports recruitment and development of talent at our pharmacies.
• Reviews KPIs with staff to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Plans workforce and business operations for site excellence.
