Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Current pharmacist license in Indiana required.
• Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Creates a great consumer and clinic partner experience and builds relationships to meet needs.
• Serves as an expert to the clinical staff and helps meet clinical outcomes.
• Counsels and educates patients on medication usage and effects.
• Ensures pharmacy staff follow policies and laws.
• Performs wellness services such as immunizations and vaccines.
• Responsible for financial profitability and identifies growth opportunities.
• Coaches pharmacy staff to reach their potential.
• Promotes recruiting top talent for pharmacies.
• Reviews KPIs with staff to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conducts workforce and business planning for operational excellence.
• Builds relationships with community stakeholders and clinic partners.
• Drives marketing plans and materials for services.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD

Current pharmacist license in the state of Indiana
