Job summary

Meijer in Marion, OH is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to plan, direct, and supervise the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy. You will oversee staffing, performance reviews, training, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining customer service excellence.

Responsibilities include filling prescriptions safely, managing inventory and finances, implementing pharmacy programs, immunizations, and mentoring pharmacists and technicians to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy.
• Registered Pharmacist in the state of practice.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana).
• CPR Certification.
• 3 years of experience in retail/community practice.
• One year management experience (preferred).
• Working knowledge of pharmacy systems and policies.
