Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establishes quality improvement, fiscal, productivity, and patient satisfaction goals with upper management.
• Supervises dissemination of drug information and in-service education for staff.
• Assists staff pharmacists with routine discharge tasks as needed.
• Directs activities and provides guidance to pharmacy personnel.
• Imparts therapeutic and drug information to patients and health professionals.
• Leads program development, implementation, and evaluation in the department.
