Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the pharmacy department's operations, including scheduling and process improvements.
• Provide direct patient and pharmaceutical care.
• Educate staff on pharmaceutical care and medication management.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations.
• Collaborate on budgeting for staffing, drugs, and supplies.
• Participate in hospital committees such as QA, formulary, and safety.
• Stay current with medications and evidence-based practice.
