The role focuses on developing a team of skilled supervisors, ensuring policy adherence, and driving a patient- and customer-centered pharmacy workflow across the department.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in the state of Florida.
• Minimum 4 years' experience as a hospital pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial support to the Director of Pharmacy and Leadership.
• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of Pharmacy staff and workflow.
• Attract and develop a team through recruiting and interviewing candidates.
• Support patient- and customer-centered care initiatives.
