Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflow for receiving, filling and dispensing prescriptions.
• Develop staff and monitor compliance; take disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Manage costs and assist in development and management of the department budget.
• Counsel customers regarding medications and respond to questions.
• Maintain inventory and medication logs to ensure accurate records.
• Perform Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance per regulations.
• Interact with physicians to obtain information about patients and prescriptions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
