Job summary

Smith's Food & Drug Centers is seeking a licensed pharmacist leader to oversee all aspects of pharmacy practice, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and corporate policies.

You will manage the pharmacy budget, optimize prescription pricing and generic utilization, supervise staff, and drive exceptional customer service while maintaining inventory control and implementing clinical services per company programs.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or Pharm degree from an accredited U.S. school of pharmacy.
• 2+ years related retail experience.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Licensure in good standing.
• Ability to preserve confidentiality.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to read and interpret prescriptions and documents.
• Proven leadership skills.
