Job summary
Publix Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Associate to join our team in a patient-centric environment. You will lead the pharmacy on duty, deliver immunizations, MTM, and other clinical services, and mentor staff to ensure high-quality service. Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have and maintain an unrestricted, state pharmacist license.
- Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy.
- Must not have active suspensions, sanctions, or other restrictions related to participation in a health insurance program upon hire and thereafter.
- Must not have received an unacceptable result on a company-sponsored drug test within the last three years.
Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated pharmacy service by serving as pharmacist-on-duty.
- Set priorities to maximize contribution and support the team.
- Counsel patients and provide pharmacist-led clinical services to improve health and wellness.
- Mentor staff on Publix pharmacy best practices to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Advance MTM and immunization initiatives at the location.
- Maintain flexible work-week schedule to meet customer needs.
- Assist in other duties as assigned.
