Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a licensed Pharmacist Manager to lead a busy community pharmacy in Florida. You will provide expert medication counseling, immunization services, and clinical support while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience including dispensing and operations.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on medicine usage, interactions, and safety.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and management.
• Dispense prescribed medications accurately and legally.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee pharmacy workflow and staff scheduling.
• Oversee inventory management and pharmacy financial performance.
