Job summary

Quality Food Center is seeking a pharmacist in charge to lead the retail pharmacy team in Washington. You will oversee clinical services, manage the budget and inventory, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws while delivering excellent customer service.

You will supervise staff, participate in training and development, and drive initiatives to optimize pricing, profitability and patient care across the store's pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or PharmD degree from an accredited U.S. school.
• Active license in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years of related retail experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and lead the pharmacy team to reduce customer wait times.
• Develop, implement and promote sales plans and initiatives for the division pharmacy department.
• Direct the pharmacy team to achieve budgeted labor, volume, inventory and sales goals.
• Manage budget, pricing, generic utilization and third-party profitability; handle audits and rejections.
