Formación

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsabilidades

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Ensure safe and compliant dispensing, counseling, and immunizations.
• Coach staff, monitor performance, and conduct annual reviews.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Collaborate with store management to maintain a healthy talent pipeline.
