You will drive a culture of safety and empathy, oversee onboarding and scheduling, and partner with store leadership to ensure high-quality patient experiences and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Aufgaben

• Maintain patient safety and dispensing accuracy amidst busy store operations.
• Coach and lead pharmacy staff to ensure compliance with CVS policies and state/federal regulations.
• Oversee immunization administration and patient counseling as part of clinical care responsibilities.
• Ensure adherence to pharmacy workflow procedures and safety guardrails at all workstations.
• Manage inventory including cold chain products and regulatory recordkeeping.
• Onboard and train new technicians and pharmacists; support licensure training as needed.
• Prepare and deliver accurate performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
