CVS Health is seeking a Lead Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering accurate prescriptions and compassionate service within a retail setting. You will model SOP adherence, coach staff, and partner with Pharmacists to ensure safe operations across production, pickup, drive-thru, and drop-off points.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer care, and inventory management while maintaining high quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Must comply with state board requirements and laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• Minimum age 18 or as required by state employment laws.
• State licensure requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Work 30+ hours per week.
• Regular and predictable attendance including nights and weekends.
• Ensure prescription accuracy and safe, efficient fulfillment.
• Coach and mentor pharmacy team to follow SOPs and procedures.
• Assist Pharmacist-on-duty with day-to-day activities and tasks including inventory.
