CVS Health is seeking a Lead Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and caring patient service. The role emphasizes SOP adherence, teamwork, and leadership across production, pick-up, drive-thru, and immunization activities.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, assisting the Pharmacist-on-duty, managing daily tasks, and overseeing inventory and cycle counts.

Formación

• Pharmacy Technician with 1+ years of experience.
• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, candidate must be at least 18 years old.
• If the state board does not address a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent or be actively enrolled.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example and set a positive tone for the team.
• Coach pharmacy team on SOPs and procedures.
• Assist Pharmacist-on-duty with day-to-day activities and scheduling.
• Oversee inventory activities and cycle counts; stock and returns as needed.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
