Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to support the Pharmacy Manager and lead Pharmacy Technician staff. You will oversee patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance and workflow within a dynamic community setting.

You will also drive customer service, inventory control, and personnel management while delivering compassionate patient care and adherence to CVS policies and standards. A clinical mindset and strong collaboration with the team are essential.

Qualifications

• Active state pharmacy license required.
• Immunization certification from an accredited body (e.g., APhA) required.
• No DEA exclusions or pending felony charges.
• Licensed in the state where employed must be active.

Responsibilities

• Uphold patient safety and pharmacy professional practice.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and manage workflow.
• Oversee inventory and personnel management.
• Support the Pharmacy Manager and drive performance.
