CVS Health is seeking a Lead Technician to support pharmacy teams across our store network. You will help ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment while delivering caring service.

In this role you’ll coach staff, follow SOPs, and assist the Pharmacist-on-duty with daily operations, inventory, and patient interactions. The position requires 1+ years as a Pharmacy Technician, compliance with state laws, and a customer‑focused mindset, with opportunities to immunize and expand

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board does not require a minimum age, must be at least 18 years old.
• If no minimum educational requirement, must have HS diploma or be enrolled in HS equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Work 30 hours or more per week.
• Regular attendance including nights and weekends.
• Ensure prescription information and labeling accuracy.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pickup, drive-thru, and phone.
• Coach pharmacy team and share best practices.
