PHARMACY/LEAD CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN (Finance)

Minimum qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of Pharmacy Certified Technician experience within Kroger.
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Professional, dependable, positive attitude, good judgment, and leadership ability.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Completion of required registration, certification, or license per state.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.

Desired qualifications:

  • Over 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
  • Support for health and wellness initiatives.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist pharmacists in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and accurate, efficient task completion.
  • Mentor and train new technicians.
  • Lead by example, delegate, and serve as a store-wide representative.
  • Manage scheduling and station rotation.
  • Participate in inventory management and safety compliance.
  • Administer immunizations where legally permitted.
  • Perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
