You will assist with immunizations where allowed, maintain HIPAA compliance, and train new technicians while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Formación

• Pharmacy Certified Technician experience in Kroger enterprise (1 year).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Professional, dependable with positive attitude and leadership ability.
• Self-motivated with strong organization and deadlines.
• Excellent communication with leaders and peers; handles confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Support health and wellness initiatives in-store pharmacy.
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities excluding professional judgement.
• Provide stellar customer experience across reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
• Train and mentor new hire technicians; support training program.
• Oversee scheduling and station rotation for hourly staff.
• Ensure department standards and safety compliance.
• Administer immunizations where applicable by state law.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
