Strive Pharmacy, a Tampa-based compounding pharmacy, is seeking a Non-Sterile Lab Support Pharmacy Technician. The role supports sterile lab operations, with a focus on precision, organization, and patient-centered care.

Expect hands-on prep, packaging, inventory control, and strict compliance with PPE and industry guidelines. The position offers on-site work in Tampa, full-time hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and a $20 per hour compensation.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active Florida Pharmacy Technician License or Trainee License.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Good communication skills; ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Must wear PPE and handle lab equipment safely.

Responsabilidades

• Lab Support & Compound Prep: assist with bottling, labeling, counting capsules and equipment washing.
• Packaging & Quality Control: accurately pack finished non-sterile dosage forms per quality standards.
• Inventory & Supply Management: monitor stock, restock materials and flag discrepancies.
• Cleaning & Compliance: perform lab cleaning per SOPs and USP guidelines; follow PPE protocols.
• Documentation & Team Support: data entry in LifeFile and spreadsheets; support team operations.
