Additional travel may be required during cleanroom certification periods and during months when media-fill testing and gloved fingertip competency assessments are scheduled. **Status:** Full-Time (40 hours/week)**Shift:** Days, Monday-Friday# ## **Overview**The **Pharmacy IV Quality Control Coordinator** provides operational, analytical, and business support for Sentara. Federal laws, regulations, and programs require the entity to have ongoing oversight of usage to prevent diversion and ensure compliance with regulations and notices. This position conducts, monitors, analyzes, investigates, and completes special projects associated with key medication use metrics. The analyst assists with self-audits, the development of monitoring or operational protocols, and creation of efficient and effective internal controls for key medication use metrics. Responsible for ongoing analysis (in collaboration with departmental leadership) and individual facility performance to goals and expectations. Provides periodic reports of audit findings and proposed corrective action plans to departmental leadership and appropriate committees.
