Job summary

WIS International is seeking a part-time Retail Pharmacy Associate to support inventory counts at retail locations in Oceanside, CA. The role includes counting items with handheld scanners, recording data, and maintaining accuracy while traveling to various sites.

Starting wage is $18.00–$20.00 per hour with paid training and potential earnings increases up to $5.00 per hour based on productivity. No prior inventory experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required
• Complies with healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including PPE and confidentiality
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with LA County FCO and the California Fair Chance Act

Responsibilities

• Capture part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication at inventory events
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through the performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations
