Job summary

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Pharmacy Associate – Inventory in Wisconsin. The role involves counting inventory at retail locations, partnering with healthcare professionals, and using handheld scanners to record part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS and expiration dates.

Starting wage is $19.00–$21.00 per hour. Earn increases up to $2 more per hour within 6 months based on productivity and accuracy, plus opportunities up to $5 additional per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required.
• Complies with healthcare and pharmacy standards including PPE and confidentiality.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare professionals at an inventory event to capture part numbers, serial numbers, and expiration dates.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail while counting.
• Meet productivity goals to maximize earnings under the performance-based pay plan.
• Travel to multiple retail locations and represent the company with professionalism.
